谷佬（曾志伟饰）带着儿子谷峰（周俊伟 饰） 、女儿小谷咕（赖苑彤 饰）经营一间嗱喳面店 。谷佬的宏图大志就是要在两个月内让面店威震四方 。儿女和他们的朋友都是青春年少 ，日日嬉笑怒骂玩成一团 ，或许这就注定了在嗱喳店里，主角不是雄心勃勃的老爸谷佬，而是年轻人们的青涩故事。 谷峰和可爱善良的女生Carlily（杨丞琳 饰）拍拖，这是谷峰充满小甜蜜的初恋 ，但是 ，Carlily的姐姐Heman（郭善玙 饰）对他可没甚好感。二人偶然在比赛中合作无间，得到了免费去日本度假的机会。当然，Heman还是识趣地让谷峰和妹妹双飞日本。 然而，曾经水火不容的Heman和谷峰 ，却在度假期间在电话的聊天中擦出了巧妙的火花 。看着快乐单纯的初恋女友Carlily，谷峰该如何面对人生第一次情路抉择？而另一方面 ，小谷咕和孤儿仔禾味龙（郑道三 饰）的爱 ，也在朦胧滋长着 ，这个夏天的空气弥漫着恋爱的香气。
