经过不懈的努力和拼搏，阿金（吴君如 饰）总算从一介小小妓女“升职”成为了“妈妈桑”，带领着手下吴露（王菀之 饰）、阿花（卫诗雅 饰）、莫娜（林宜芝 饰）等小姐妹们，过着自由自在，灯红酒绿的无忧生活。 时光荏苒如同白驹过隙，每一日 ，香港这座城市都绽放出崭新的姿态，尽管如今生活更加便利 ，更加多姿多彩，但阿金有时却还是会怀念起曾经的旧日时光。前黑道老大哥顿（张家辉 饰）被捕入狱，当他重见天日之时 ，整个香港已经变成了他完全不认识的模样，于是，哥顿找到了阿金，却发现她也不再是往日的天真少女，得知哥顿心中的遗憾和失落 ，阿金决心帮助哥顿重新找到生活的方向 。
