《夫妇日记》剧情简介
一直梦想成为作家的小呗（佐佐木藏之介 饰）和吃货一枚的优子（永作博美 饰）以朋友的身份交往长达十七年，因被某个时间触动心弦，小呗鼓足勇气向对方告白，知根知底的两个人顺理成章走到一起。他们自称笨蛋夫妇，笨但却有笨蛋的幸福。无奈命运何其残酷 ，优子婚后不久即被诊断患有癌症。新生命到来 ，旧的生命离去 。小呗用博客记录下妻子最后这十个月的短暂时光。现实中 ，优子则仿佛以幽灵的状态回到丈夫身边 ，两人相互吐槽 ，延续着他们未竟的因缘…… 本片根据作家清水浩司在博客（ameblo）上以“川崎夫妇”的笔名连载的《癌症夫妇日记》改编 ，清水的妻子于2010年7月去世。
